Denitrification technology

Among common denitrification technologies, technical measures to reduce nitrogen emissions can be divided into two categories based on the formation mechanism of nitrogen oxides:

The first category is to treat the problem from the source. Control the generation of NOx during calcination. Its technical measures: ① Use low-nitrogen burners; ② Segmented combustion in the decomposition furnace and pipelines to control the combustion temperature; ③ Change the batching plan and use mineralizing agents to reduce the clinker firing temperature.

The other type is management from the end. Technical measures to control NOx emitted in flue gas: ① "staged combustion SNCR", which has been piloted in China; ② selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR), which has been piloted in China; ③ selective catalytic reduction (SCR), At present, there are only three lines of experiments in Europe; ③ SNCR/SCR combined denitrification technology, and there is no successful experience in domestic cement denitrification; ④ biological denitrification technology (which is in the research and development stage).

Domestic denitrification technology is still in the exploratory and demonstration stage and has not yet been scientifically summarized. Are the various design process technology routes and equipment facilities scientific and reasonable, and are their operations reliable? Denitrification efficiency, operating costs, energy consumption, secondary pollutant emissions, etc. will all be tested in practice.

Denitrification technology can be specifically divided into:

Denitrification before combustion: (1) Hydrodenitration, (2) Washing

Denitrification during combustion: (1) low-temperature combustion, (2) low-oxygen combustion, (3) FBC combustion technology, (4) using low NOx burners, (5) pulverized coal density and light separation, (6) flue gas recirculation technology

Post-combustion denitrification: (1) Selective non-catalytic reduction denitrification (SNCR), (2) Selective catalytic reduction denitrification (SCR), (3) Activated carbon adsorption, (4) Electron beam denitrification technology
