Classification of steel plate
Carbon steel: Q235-A.F、Q235-A、Q235-B、Q235-C、20R,etc.
Low alloy steel: 16MnR, 15MnVR, 15CrMoR, etc.
High-alloy steel (stainless steel): 0Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni10Ti
The following carbon and low-alloy steels, which should be used in the normalized condition.
20R and 16MnR for shell thicknesses greater than 30mm.
20R and 16MnR for other pressurized components (flanges, pipe plates, flat covers, etc.) with a thickness greater than 50 mm.
15MnVR with a thickness greater than 16mm
The following carbon steel and low-alloy steel, should be tensile and Charpy V-notch and impact tests on a sheet-by-sheet basis.
Steel plates supplied in quenched condition.
Steel plate for the inner cylinder of multi-layer clad pressure vessels.
