Flue gas is the main waste for general energy-consuming equipment with around 15% energy wasted by emission of exhaust smoke.



The entry of high-temperature flue gas into the desulfurization tower will result in a high emission temperature. Not only white smoke, but also a large amount of nitrogen oxides, sulfides, aerosols and other soot particles and crystalline salt particles entrained in the flue gas.



Flue gas waste heat recovery is mainly to convert the heat carried by the flue gas into usable heat through a certain heat exchanger, and at the same time reduce the desulfurization operating temperature, reduce pollutant emissions, and assist ultra-low emissions.

The main features of Jiema flue gas economizer: a flue gas economizer is installed in the end of the gas pipeline. After being desulfurized by the desulfurization tower, the tail gas from the boiler exchanges heat with cold water in our heat exchanger. The cold water is heated and used for other processes, and the cooled tail gas can be discharged.

The temperature of 30t boiler tail gas after the desulfurization tower is 60°C, and the exhaust gas volume is 80,000 cubic meters per hour. After design and calculation, our flue gas energy economizer is used with remarkable energy saving effect.



30t/h demineralized water is heated from 20°C to 45°C by a heat exchanger, and the recovered heat for each hour is 750,000 kcal, which is 18 million kcal per day, equivalent to 30t steam. According to the steam cost of 100 CNY/t, the annual cost savings is about 1.1 million CNY.
