After being desulfurized by the desulfurization tower, the tail gas from the boiler exchanges heat with cold water in our heat exchanger. The cold water is heated and used for other processes, and the cooled tail gas can be discharged.

The temperature of 30t boiler tail gas after the desulfurization tower is 60°C, and the exhaust gas volume is 80,000 cubic meters per hour. After design and calculation, our flue gas energy economizer is used with remarkable energy saving effect.

30t/h demineralized water is heated from 20°C to 45°C by a heat exchanger, and the recovered heat for each hour is 750,000 kcal, which is 18 million kcal per day, equivalent to 30t steam. According to the steam cost of 100 CNY/t, the annual cost savings is about 1.1 million CNY.
