The pulping uses low-energy consumption continuous cooking, and the pulp bleaching adopts the advanced and environmentally friendly ECF bleaching process (D0-Eop-D1), which greatly reduces the AOX pollution load.
The exhaust from all tanks, equipment, etc. in the main production workshops of the entire plant is organized and collected and sent to alkali furnaces or lime kilns for combustion, which greatly reduces air pollution.
A large number of heat exchange equipment used in the pulping system and alkali recovery system are provided by Jiema: oxygen defiltrate cooler, oxygen degassing cooler, alkaline wastewater cooler, hot water heater, cooking cold spray heat exchanger boiler, condensate water heat exchanger in the cooking section, white liquor heater, washing liquid heater, washing liquid steam heater, chemical pulp project wastewater heat exchanger, acidic wastewater cooler, etc.
