In December 2016, Dongsheng Company decided to eliminate coal-fired boilers and replace them with biomass boilers that meet national environmental protection requirements. High-quality biomass pellets are used as fuel to meet the flue gas and dust emission standards required by the national requirements.
In order to adapt to the new national environmental protection requirements and continue to promote the prevention and control of environmental pollution, Dongsheng Company starts to renovate their boiler flue gas emission system, expecting cleaner emission and more environmentally friendly surrounding environment.
Jiema undertakes this project. On November 8, 2019, a meeting for the dust removal and renovation of biomass boilers in Dongsheng Company was held, and a technical team composed of heat exchanger and boiler technicians, production supervisors, and other alike was gathered. At the symposium, we agree to make the most of our technology, production, and artisans` capability for promoting advanced dust removal equipment for Dongsheng, in accordance with the national boiler environmental protection emission requirements, to achieve dust removal and energy saving effects.
Starting from November 9th, Jiema technical team carried out design, production, dismantling old equipment, installation and test on site according to the scheduled time required by Dongsheng.
Under the hard work and cooperation of various departments, Dongsheng Company's biomass boiler flue gas dust removal renovation project was successfully completed on November 18, 2019. After delivery, the smoke and dust emitted are white looking, and the smoke concentration is significantly reduced. It has achieved the expected effect.
