On August 24, 2023, Jiema Hubei production base and Hubei University held an in-depth cooperation talk for our heat exchanger coating at the Huanggang Science and Technology Innovation Center.
Mr. Zhong, deputy general manager of Jiema Hubei production base, presided over the meeting and the signing ceremony as the representative of Hubei production base.
Professor Wu is representative of the university. His research direction is marine environment anti-corrosion and anti-fouling graphene-based composite coatings. Majoring in graphene oxide, organic borides and acrylic resin composite coatings, to improve the corrosion resistance performance of ships and vessels, Professor Wu has already held comprehensive researches and developed one application as in "graphene/organic boron series long-term environmental protection anti-corrosion and anti-fouling coating technology for ships".
For this cooperation, we had communication about the heat resistance and corrosion resistance of the heat exchanger coating, which is used to solve the corrosion and temperature resistance problems of the heat exchanger. For example, there`re topics of replacing titanium plates with coating metal plates, and the key solution to the low temperature corrosion of metals (dew point corrosion) and many more.
