Jiema Nansha Production Base to Commend Outstanding Employees

In the fourth quarter of 2021 to the end of January 2022, Jiema has faced the challenge of concentrated product order, with short delivery time and heavy task. Due to the urgent requirement of production, JIEMA nansha production base changed to "emergency" state. As per the requirement, two shifts of day shift and night shift are adopted for consecutive work around the clock, production base through the tireless efforts for all staff, so as to ensure the delivery time of key orders, and get customers' affirmation and appreciation.

The senior supervisor of Jiema Nansha Production Base expressed heartfelt thanks to every worker onr production lines for their hard work, and commended excellent employee representatives Zhou Xin and Deng Weiwei, thanking them for their contributions to the enterprise, hoping that they could make persistent efforts, to make more achievements and progress.

Excellent performance of staff

Team leader of welding team Zhouxin is hardworking and responsible. Production team workload is heavy, day and night to rush orders during this time out of a large amount demand from customers of Shell And Tube Heat Exchanger. As a leader he rushed in the first place in production line, for a long time to work in the post, without the shift to rest, considering the short time of order, and less human resources support. He still insists on jobs, regardless of day and night, before and after more than a month of time, there is no rest for a day during the time. He is ready to help others, gets along well with his colleagues and he is good at cooperation with other colleges. Thus, Zhou Xin has the courage to take responsibility and dedication, who is eager to meet urgent demand of enterprise, become the model of all staff.

As the equipment manager of the production system, Deng Wei, is always on the production front line. No matter what problems the production equipment has, he always arrives at the scene in the first time and makes quick response and solution to the equipment with problems. More than 10 meters of high-risk working environment of production line of Plate Heat Exchanger, he is not afraid of danger, immediately organized the team of the electrical circuit, for finding out driving fault timely for maintenance, to ensure the smooth production work. The spirit of Deng Wei is good model for all staff and exert influence them in the work with his responsibility and sense of duty.

Jiema, Nansha production base, has owned a series of professional manchines and production line to support the manufacutring of different kinds of products, such as movable plate heat exchanger, plate and shell heat exchanger, volume heat exchanger, Air Heat Exchanger, as well as different types of plate and gaskets for a varity of customers. There are also a large number of dedicated, hard-working, selfless and enterprising excellent employees in the two production bases of Jiema In Nansha production based and Hubei production base. They have created extraordinary achievements in ordinary posts, and the development of Jiema cannot be separated from them.
