The principle of Smoke Elimination

The flue gas pollutants of coal-fired power plants mainly include soot, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide and carbon dioxide. At present, China has no emission reduction plan for carbon dioxide to industries and enterprises, and there is no emission concentration index. PM2.5 produced in coal combustion is different from dust and other particles from natural, usually enrichment of various heavy metals (such As, Se, Pb, Cr, etc.) and PAHs, VOCs, such As organic pollutants, of trace elements in coal on combustion products. These element can be further migration and enrichment on these fine particles, which is a carcinogenic substance and genetic toxicity induced more, with great harm.

At present, effects of fine particulate matter on human health mainly include the increasing the mortality of patients with severe and chronic diseases. Exacerbates respiratory and cardiac diseases. Changes in lung function and structure and change immune function and increased cancer rates. The harm degree of atmospheric particulate matter to human body mainly depends on its composition, concentration and particle size. The composition of particulate matter is the main pathogenic factor, which determines whether it is harmful and what kind of disease it causes. The concentration and exposure time of particulate matter determine the inhalation dose. The higher the concentration of particulate matter and the longer the exposure time, the greater the harm.

PM2.5 can be suspended in the air for a long time and is not easily blocked. When inhaled, it directly enters the bronchi, interferes with gas exchange in the lungs, enters the blood circulation, damages lung tissues and causes diseases including asthma, bronchitis and cardiovascular disease. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to adopt advanced technology to solve the problem of flue gas emission from coal burning.

Technical Regulation of Smoke Elimination Technology of Coal-fired Power Factory

In Urumqi, the ecological environment protection bureau launched on system management of coal-fired power plant flue gas emissions, reduce the emission of flue gas white steam phenomenon, in combination with the practical situation of the city, to put forward the coal-fired power plant flue gas emission concentration limit, monitoring and control requirements, in order to form the technical specification for coal-fired power plant flue gas to take off the white. In order to control flue limit of gas discharge in municipal districts in coal-fired power plant, monitoring and controlling requirements unorganized emission norms, to consolidate the industrial boiler clean (ultra-low emissions) in transformation achievement. The policy contributes to coal-fired power plant flue gas emission, to promote industry technology progress and sustainable development. The importance lies in improving the environmental quality, safeguard human health. There are laws to follow and standards to follow.

According to the environmental protection law of the People's Republic of China, the law of the People's Republic of China on the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution and air pollution control ordinance of Xinjiang autonomous region and regulations on the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution in local area and other laws and regulations, ecological environment protection and the JIEMA company shares the signing of the technical specification for coal-fired power plant flue gas to take off the white technical cooperation agreement. Content of technological regulation of Flue Gas De-whitening Technology of Coal-fired Power Factory

Led by Academician Chen Feiyong, chief scientist of JIEMA Academician Workstation, and Shandong Jianzhu University, the Technical Specification for Flue Gas de-whitening of Coal-fired Power Plants in Urumqi was jointly formulated.

Research contents include:

1.Put forward self-examination content of flue gas emission standard of coal-fired power plant;

2. Determine the scope and content of the standard;

3. Put forward pollutant discharge control requirements;

4. Put forward requirements for pollutant monitoring;

5. Put forward the determination, implementation and supervision of flue gas standards;

6. Form relevant formal technical specifications.
