On the morning of October 23, Mr. Jiang Yueqing, general manager of Hubei Jiema, urgently holds a mobilization meeting with the executives according to the current situation of rapid increase in market orders. On the meeting, Mr. Jiang emphasizes that as we have a large number of orders, all departments of the production workshops should break regualr routine. On the premise of ensuring product quality, a better schedule should be carried out. In addition, great attention must be paid to those with relatively long lead time, such as the heat exchangers projects for Wuhan Kempinsh and Beijing Qingshan LVYE. Project executives must go deep into the production line, and work overtime with the front-line employees of the workshop to complete the market order demand.

In the afternoon, a mobilization meeting for all employees is ongoing. Mr. Jiang advocated the Jiema Spirits and asked all employees to devote themselves to the current order production. Later on, production manager Fu Jinan has been arranged the production in details.

Mr. Li Jinbing, warehouse manager and an outstanding Communist Party member, races against time. He goes deep into the production line while completing his work, and personally leads a team to work continuously. As the raw materials from the supplier delay and could not be shipped to the factory in time, Mr. Li rushed to the supplier in Zhejiang overnight to urge the goods on site until he returned with the truck of raw materials.

Production employees Mei Zhuliang and Fu Xinrong, at their fifties, work for consecutive ten days with other employees until late at night for their Air Heat Exchanger Project.
