Application Case---33000 kVA Ferro Silicon Ore Heat Furnace Flue Gas Waste Heat Power Utilization Project
Finned Tube is the main part of Air Heat Exchanger.
H-type finned-tube flue gas waste heat boiler, steam turbine, generator, automatic control (DCS) and supporting equipment are installed.
After the project is completed, the power generation capacity will be 4,000 kWh/hr, and the annual power generation capacity will be about 28 million kWh/yr, which is equivalent to saving 8680 tons of standard coal/yr and reducing 24,000 tons of CO2/yr.
H-type finned tube
H-type finned tube is a high-efficiency heat exchanger assembled with H-type finned tube (also called H-type finned tube, ribbed tube, butterfly tube). It is an extended heating surface.
Advantage
1. Abrasion resistance: H-type fin tube fins are straight, i.e. not rotating, the surface is parallel to the airflow and processed without forming wrinkles, so it can overcome the serious problem of spiral fin tube wear; H-type fins divide the space into several small areas, which has the effect of even flow on the airflow, and the wear life is 3-4 times higher under the same conditions.
2. Less ash accumulation: one is that the spiral tube guides the airflow to rotate, and the ash particles are separated from the flue gas, which is easy to form ash accumulation; another reason is that the ribs are not parallel to the airflow, and the back side is easy to accumulate ash.
3. Sufficient expansion of the heating surface can greatly reduce the exhaust temperature: the heating surface is fully expanded, the heating surface can be increased by 2-3 times, which can greatly reduce the exhaust temperature
4. Widely applicable usages: can be used as radiator in the Water Chiller unit, heat pump unit, air conditionning unit, etc.
