Shell and Plate Type Heat Exchanger for Heating

 

The principle of Jiema Shell and Plate Type Heat Exchanger for Heating and Cooling is that a group of laser or automatic plasma welded corrugated plate groups are placed in the shell, replacing the heat exchange tubes of the original Shell And Tube Heat Exchanger, and to form a new type of heat exchanger that uses the plate group as a heat transfer element.

The Welded Plate and Shell Heat Exchanger is composed of two parts, and the cold-formed plates are laser-welded or automatic plasma-welded to form a plate group containing two different medium flow channels. Fluid A passes through the flow path at the plate side, and fluid B passes through the flow path at the shell side. Plate Shell Heat Exchanger combines the advantages of both Plate Type Heat Exchanger and Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger, making it widely applied in the field of heat transfer.
