Straight Tube Heat Exchanger is Stainless Steel Tubes passing through Tube Sheet and Baffles to form an entire tube bundle as heat transfer element, and then assembling with an outside shell/frame. As the tubes are fixed inside the Shell And Tube Heat Exchanger, it cannot be disattached and works well for steam and water heat exchanging.

During operation, heated fluids and heating fluids will be directed into the tube side and shell side respectively. The two fludis meet inside the vessel, and exchange heat and energy through the tube wall. Afterwards, one being heated, while the other being cooled, and the two exit the equipment to further production line. Inside Tube selection could be Seamless Pipe, copper tube, nickel tube, etc. based on actual operation.
