Heat exchanger gasket is also called sealing gasket. Sealing gasket is inserted and fixed to the slot in heat exchanger plate. It has feature of easy insertion and replacement, which can substantially reduce stoppage time. After many times of dismounting, or long time of usage, or under high working temperature, the heat exchanger gasket would get small permanent deformation, then it requires to be replaced.

Our heat exchanger gaskets are specially for replacement of original gaskets for Plate And Frame Heat Exchanger. We can not only provide the gaskets for our own models, but also the gaskets for international popular models.

Types of Heat Exchanger Gasket:

There are 3 types of assembling types for heat exchanger gasket.

First one is sticking, which was used in 1^st stage of plate and Frame Heat Exchanger. But as time pass by or if the working temperature is too high, the heat exchange gasket would drop from the heat exchanger plate easily, which causes leakage of the heat exchanger.

Second type is clamping, which was an upgraded assembling way to solve the problem of gasket dropping. There would be some slots on the plate and protruding points on the gasket, so the heat exchanger gasket can be fixed by clamping.  Even if some “clamps” with fixing function fail, the gasket can still have sealing function in the slot.

Third type is clipping-on. There would be hangers on the gasket, and grooves on the corresponding location of the plates. So the heat exchanger gasket can be hung up on the plates.
