Recycling economy related to energy solution industry

Circular economy is characterized by resource saving and recycling and harmonious with the environment.  It emphasizes organizing economic activities into a feedback-type process of "resource, product and renewable resource".  Circular economy aims to reduce resource consumption through efficient processes, prevention of waste generation, reuse, repair, remanufacturing and recycling.  It focuses on material recycling and relies on renewable energy sources. 

Taking steel and recycled paper as an example, there are two main processes in the steel manufacturing process. One is a long process, with iron ore as the main raw material and scrap steel as the auxiliary material.  The other is a short process, with scrap steel as the main raw material, pig iron as the auxiliary material.  Circular economy advocates short process, and its carbon reduction effect is very obvious -- it eliminates sintering and pelletizing and other processes, while reducing the coke loss in blast furnace process, and the change of process significantly reduces carbon emissions

Recycled paper is made of waste paper as raw material, which is produced by breaking it, removing color and pulping through a variety of processes. 80% of its raw material comes from recycled waste paper.  Although the production process of paper made from waste paper does not reduce greenhouse gas emissions compared to wood paper, it can reduce wood consumption and ultimately achieve carbon emission reduction.  Recycled paper has been widely used in the manufacturing process of paperboard and carton, packaging paper bag, sanitary paper, newsprint and office culture paper.  Previously, China's main way of waste plastic treatment is still the most primitive landfill and rapid development of incineration, traditional plastic degradation will cause long-term impact on the environment.  Subsequently, China began a gradual ban on plastic products. 

Different kinds of heat exchanger is required during the process of recycling economy in industry use. All material and energy resources are rationally and sustainably used in this ongoing economic cycle to minimize the impact of economic activities on the natural environment.
