For start-ups, management team can keep an eye on daily work and maximize efficiency on every detail. On the surface, it seems quite enough when everyone is doing their best.

Enterprise as a whole, it must be noted that such regulation the same is key to the company production efficiency. High efficiency is about delivering our heat exchangers to customers on schedule, quality, and quantity.

From our earlier experience, we advise heat exchanger production could be regulated based on the following data: order on-time delivery ratio, production cycle, delivery cycle, and per capita output value.

Task is to be specific and measureable

Regardless of riveting and welding teams, or the heat exchanger teams, a detailed production list of tasks shall be arranged, specifically to each and every component.

Each process is assigned to the team with a specific workload for 3 or 5 artisans. Clarifying the amount of tasks in the day as well as the completion time would be necessary during our daily morning meetings and team meetings(with records), so that we all can relate to our daily work tasks.

Only then, everyone has a clue of the amount of work today, and yet it is able to complete and is also assessable.

To sum up, collective efficiency of the company, emphasizing the "cooperative operations" of teamwork in various processes and from joint-hand departments, is about the overall regulation of production plan and coordination of production tasks.
