From thin metal plates to a delicate heater, Plate Type Exchanger is manufactured as these plates are pressed into a certain shape, stacked and fixed with bolts in a frame with removable structure. Narrow channels take shape between every two plates. Then, heat exchange can be accomplished when the hot and cold work fluids flow through the channels thus ensuring a high efficiency.
