Engine Lubricating Oil Cooling PHE Heat Exchanger

During operation, diesel engine will inevitably produce heat, so lubricating oil is introduced into the production in order to take away the heat produced in the process.

As the oil get heated, we offer Engine Lubricating Oil Cooling PHE Heat Exchanger into the system. Oil will be exchanging its heat with coolants such as water, sea water, etc. After that, oil is cooled and re-enters the engine to ensure a safe and stable operation.

For small scale oil cooler, you may also refer to our Brazed plate heat exchanger, which is compact and competitive. And for air is much more accessible as a coolant, we have a design with Finned Tube Heat Exchanger.

Regarding Plate Heat Exchanger, it can endure 1.6 MPa pressure, and 150C temperature, a good choice for oil cooling solution.
