The structure of Finned Tube Heat Exchanger mainly consists of the following parts

1) Finned Tube: Finned tube is the main component of finned tube heat exchanger and consists of an inner tube and several peripheral fins. The inner tube is used to transmit thermal fluid, while the peripheral fins increase the heat exchange surface area and improve heat exchange efficiency.

2) Tube plate: Tube plate is the supporting structure of the finned tube, used to fix the finned tube and connect different pipes. The Tube Sheet is usually made of a very strong, corrosion-resistant metal material.

3) Inlet and outlet piping: The finned tube heat exchanger has inlet piping and outlet piping for introducing and discharging the heat transfer fluid. The inlet and outlet conduits are generally connected to the tubesheet and are sealed to prevent leakage of hot fluid.

4) Casing: The shell is the external protective structure of the finned tube heat exchanger, usually made of metal materials. The shroud can play a role in protecting the internal heat exchanger, but can also provide support and a fixed function.
