Jiema Heat Exchanger Service Unit with Smart Control, or Heating Unit, Waste Heat Recovery Unit, is Intelligent Control System that would monitor the whole heat exchanging process and enable the user to adjust temperature or flow rate by simply changing the button/control valve.
By applying Jiema Waste Heat Recovery Unit, Heat Exchanger Service Unit, or Jiema Heating Unit to the production line, our customers are able to distribute their hot water from the furnace into various application such as domestic usage and outdoor function.
Our Heat Exchanger Service Unit will be consist of the following items
Plate Heat Exchanger-Main part for the heat exchanging;
Circulating pump-So that water will be flowing well within a circuit;
Make-up water pump-This is to supply water whenever necessary;
Thermometer-For monitoring and controlling the water temperature precisely;
Pressure gauge-To check on the pressure in the machinery so as to see if leakage and others;
Integrated sensors-Sending signals to the screen for displaying temperature and pressure;
And also pipes and valves.
