Heat Transfer Unit for domestic or industrial heating
Introduction
The Heat Exchanger Unit is to convert the heat provided by the primary heat network into the heat needed by the users for domestic, industrial and heating water in an automatic and continuous manner.
Structure
The unit integrates Plate Heat Exchanger, circulation pump, charge pump, thermometer, pressure gauge, various sensors, pipelines and valves, and can be equipped with water replenishment system, pressure stabilization system, variable frequency flow control system, heat metering and network communication control system according to customers' requirements.
Work Flow
The plate heat exchanger unit includes a primary side, a secondary side and a water make-up system. The heat source (steam or high-temperature water) and the user are on the primary side and the secondary side, respectively. Through the plate heat exchanger, the heat source on the primary side transfers heat to the secondary side where a circulating pump is provided to keep sending heat to the user. The water make-up system is connected with the return water on the secondary side to, through a make-up pump, make up the water consumed in circulation on the secondary side and maintain a steady pressure for the system.
The plate heat exchanger in a domestic heating system transfers heat from the hot water coming from the boiler to the cold water circulating in the home's heating circuit. This allows the home to be heated efficiently and saves energy, as the heat is recovered and reused rather than lost. The plate heat exchanger also maintains a constant temperature in the heating system, enhancing the comfort of the home's occupants.
