Circulation system
There are two steps before the hot water going to the Plate Heat Exchanger: one is the Y-type filter, mainly in order to filter out all the impurities and dirt in the water. The hot water is pressurized by circulating pump to improve the head of the water, and the heating exchange unit can meet the height required by the heating of high-rise buildings.
Heat medium system
The function of the temperature control valve is to send the flow required for high temperature water and steam heating to the heat exchanger. The temperature range of the heated water is about 95-90 degrees, and then enter the circulating pipe network to reach each room.
Control system
As a centralized body, the Heat Exchanger Unit is mainly composed of water pump, heat exchange equipment and control equipment, which makes the collection and operation of all parts have the characteristics of compact structure, high efficiency, small footprint, fast heat transfer, high efficiency and low noise, which can simplify the installation and construction progress and reduce the total cost of the project.
The heat exchange unit will have a control cabinet, inside is the electrical control system can display the operation of the system, can control the speed and opening of the supply pump and circulating pump, in order to ensure the high-speed operation of the equipment.
Water refill system
The heating water of the heating exchange unit is recycled in the system, which can avoid the occurrence of infiltration and leakage. If there is a shortage of water in the system, it will also lead to the reduction of system pressure. Therefore, in order to supplement the water in the heating water circulation system, it is necessary to set up a water refill system, which can automatically replenish water according to the usage.
The steam and hot water effectively transfer the heat to the water, and the temperature range of the heated water is about 95 to 90 degrees, and then into the circulation (Seamless Pipe) network , and thus to the various rooms.
