Most of the organic waste gas treatment is through direct combustion or adding catalyst for low temperature combustion, the organic waste gas is completely degraded to water and carbon dioxide by "firing".
Combustion method as the treatment efficiency and effect of relatively ideal process, although it is expensive and operating costs are not low, but has become the main treatment of waste gas process.
Operating principle of thermal regenerative thermal incinerator
RTO regenerative thermal incinerator, is a kind of environmental protection equipment that burns waste gas directly by the heat energy, mainly used for the energy-saving environmental protection device which treats volatile organic waste gas with medium to high concentration. The main structure consists of combustion chamber, ceramic packed bed, automatic control valve and control system, etc.
The organic waste gas is heated to over 760℃ to oxidize and decompose the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the waste gas into carbon dioxide and water. The heat generated by the oxidation process is stored in a specially designed ceramic heat accumulator, which heats up the heat accumulator to "store heat". The heat stored in the ceramic heat accumulator is used to preheat the subsequent incoming organic waste gas, which is the "exothermic" process of the ceramic heat accumulator, for saving fuel consumption in the waste gas heating process.
It is mainly used in the waste gas of spraying, baking paint, printing, plastic, chemical, painting, electronics and other industries. For the exhaust gas with concentration in the range of 100-3500mg/m, RTO has the effect that other purification technologies cannot reach, in addition, high concentration of organic exhaust gas can also be adsorbed and concentrated into the RTO direct combustion device.
