1、For the receiver which is not allowed to be inserted into the shell, its inner end should be trimmed to be flush with the inner surface of the shell and ground flat after welding.

2, the reinforcement ring should be closely matched with the shell. When installing the reinforcement ring, the screw hole should be placed in the lowest position of the shell.

3, the receiver (excluding the manhole, hand hole) to the reference surface of the installation size tolerance of ± 6 mm, the receiver of the heat exchanger for ± 3 mm.

4、The tolerance of liquid surface meter receiver assembly is as follows.

Two receiver distance tolerance of ± 1.5mm.

The distance through the center of the two receiver vertical line is not more than 1.5mm.

The distance between the vertical lines through the center of the two receiver flanges is not more than 1.5mm.

The verticality tolerance of the Flange surface shall not be greater than 0.5/100.

5, manhole, hand hole assembly tolerances are as follows.

Manhole, hand hole installation position tolerance of ± 13mm.

The dimensional tolerance between the flange surface of the manhole and handhole and the outer surface of the barrel is ±10mm.

The maximum verticality or levelness tolerance of the flange surface of manhole is 6mm.
