Tips for The Installation of Our Centrifugal Water Chiller

1.The selected site shall be based on stable foundation and open space that would avoids corrosion, sunshine, raining or other disadvantageous situations;

2.Selection of Cooling Tower should bases on the refrigerating capacity of our Water Cooled Liquid Chiller(Air Cooled Chiller excluded). Pipes fabrication is to be in accordance with the size of the reduction and shall not be narrowed in terms of diameters, otherwise it would cause overloading and effect refrigerating and increase power consumption;

3.Air Cooled Water Chiller is to be placed at least 1 meter distance from the wall. This is to make room for heat radiation;

4.Water pipes of the Water Screw Chiller are supposed to be covered with lagging.

1.Do you provide me with Chiller water pump?

Yes of course. We do provide necessary accessories for the replacement/installation of Water Cooled Chiller, such as Condenser, Evaporator and connecting devices like valves joint and others.

2.Do you have Water Chiller with tank?

Yes, we do. By mentioning about tanks, I think you are referring to our Water Cooled Chiller like Water Cooled Liquid Chiller and Water Screw Chiller connecting to a Water Tank. It could be seen as a storage room for temporarily keeping the water coming out the chiller.
