Application--Amino acid evaporation and purification project

The project installed energy-efficient evaporative condenser (Finned tube air heat exchanger), plus automatic temperature control system. According to the calculation, the project will save 246,000 kWh/year, 320,000 tons/year of water, 76.3 tons/year of standard coal and 211.5 tons/year of CO2.

The total annual economic benefit of the project is 3.233 million yuan, with a payback period of 23 months.


It is expected that the industry penetration rate of the project can reach 15% by 2025. It can save 110,000 tons of standard coal/year and reduce 305,000 tons of CO2/year.

Technology principle and process

It adopts compound multi-stage condensing technology, including steam preliminary pre-cooling section and evaporative condensing section, and adopts multi-stage heat exchange and realizes three kinds of media circulation, which can operate in multiple modes according to environmental conditions and realize high efficiency and power saving.

2、Improvement of heat discharging performance: 8%.

3、Ratio of drifting water: <2 mg/sec.

4、Improvement of air tightness: 25%.

2、It can be equipped with automatic control system, which can set a variety of operation modes and realize automatic adjustment according to the comprehensive analysis of system heat load and environmental meteorological conditions.
